How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to see real-time updates on your delivery.
What is your return policy for lawn care products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that due to safety regulations, certain liquid fertilizers and hazardous materials may be restricted from return.
Do you offer shipping to P.O. Boxes?
Due to the weight and nature of our fertilizers and soil amendments, we primarily ship via UPS or FedEx, which require a physical street address. We are currently unable to ship most heavy goods to P.O. Boxes.
Are your fertilizers safe for pets and children?
Many of our products are designed with safety in mind. However, we always recommend waiting until the product has been watered in and the lawn is completely dry before allowing pets or children to play on the treated area.
How do I know which product is right for my grass type?
Each product page includes a 'Best For' section detailing compatible grass types (e.g., Bermuda, St. Augustine, Kentucky Bluegrass). You can also use our digital lawn analysis tool to get a customized plan.
